Scrap Metal Trading Platform
Built a custom transaction management system for a scrap metal trading company. The platform replaced spreadsheets and manual processes with a single system that tracks purchases, sales, weight tickets, invoices, and payments—accessible from both office computers and mobile devices.

The Challenge
The company was managing their trading operations across multiple spreadsheets and manual processes. Staff were constantly reconciling data between systems, which led to errors and made it difficult to get a real-time view of their business. Mobile access was essentially non-existent, so field staff couldn't enter or check information on the go.
What I Built
A custom web application that handles the entire transaction lifecycle. Staff can record trades, track weight tickets from the scale, generate customer invoices, and monitor payments—all in one place. The system works on desktop and mobile, so field staff can enter data directly from their phones.
